Dog Walking

  • Providing 30 or 60-minute walks in Jersey City Heights/Downtown and Hoboken. One of our professional team members will take your pup for a stroll around the neighborhood. Once your pup is tired and ready for a nap the walker will return your pup safely, leave fresh water and secure your home. Walkers may also provide food upon request.

    Report Cards:

    A report card is sent after each walk with a photo. A GPS route is provided as well as any other important information on how your pet is doing.

    The updates are received via the PetPocketbook web app or via email after the walk is complete. In emergency situations, a parent is contacted immediately via phone.

  • All visits are scheduled within three-hour timeframes. This provides our dog walkers with a flexible schedule so that they may deal with any unexpected occurrences during the day (such as potty-training messes, weather issues, traffic, parking) and still visit all pets on a timely basis. That means walkers can arrive anywhere within the 3-hour window to complete the visit. It allows us to work with unpredictable occurrences along with scheduling demands of each day.

    All dog walking requests are due via web app on Saturday by 5pm for approval.

  • To set up this service, fill out the contact form with detailed information on your needs. You will receive an invite to join our web app (Pet Pocketbook) via email where you can set up your family profile, request a dog walking meet and greet and further set up your recurring dog walking schedule.

  • Currently, all clients needing dog walking from Tuesday to Thursday between 10am-1pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm must have a regular schedule. Occasional walks during these busy hours are not being accepted.

    We do not accept dogs that are not friendly with other dogs/people or leash reactive as we pair our dogs together for walks.

    Collars/Harness & Tags:

    All dogs must have a secure collar with identification tags, harness and a double sided safety clip for walks.

    Vaccination/Rabies:

    All pets must have a valid rabies vaccination and a up to date vaccination report. Please see our FAQ for a list of required vaccinations. They must be sent to pawmaniajc@gmail.com. Please note your pet name in the subject box.

    Lockbox:

    All clients must purchase a lockbox if place of residence does not have a concierge. We do not hold onto clients keys.

Cat Check-In

  • Cat Check in services take place at the owner's home.

    The service tasks vary depending upon the type of pet/pet needs. Pet Check ins for cats include feeding, scooping the litter, sweeping/vacuuming waste areas, refreshing the water and play time. Clients can choose between 20/40 min check ins.

    Currently, we service Jersey City Heights/Downtown, Hoboken and some nearby areas. Please inquire with your address if you live in a surrounding area. All cat check ins must be consecutive days during your vacation at least 1x per day.

This provides our team members with a flexible schedule so that they may deal with any unexpected occurrences during the day (such as potty-training messes, weather issues, traffic, parking) and still visit all pets on a timely basis. That means team members can arrive anywhere within the 6-hour window to complete the visit. It allows us to work with unpredictable occurrences along with scheduling demands of each day.

    *If your pet is on medication or still under one year old we can accommodate a short timeframe. Please inquire to discuss*

    Last minute bookings are subject to a last minute request fee of $5.

  • Animal Types:

    This service is perfect for cats, bunnies, reptiles and fish. Please contact us if your pet is not listed and you are interested in service.

    Medications:

    Medications can be dispensed at no extra cost if needed.

Pet Transportation

  • This service is perfect to utilize when you’d like your pet to go to a grooming appointment but cannot make it to drive them. We can also assist in driving you and your pet to vet appointments.

    If you can’t get them to us, we will pick up and drop off. If you need reliable, PET FRIENDLY transport to get your pet to where you are. We can help with that too.

  • All transports are scheduled within three-hour timeframes. Please write the desired pickup time on the request and our team member will discuss and confirm upon booking.

  • We utilize dog seatbelts for all pets we provide pet taxi services too. This is typically clipped to their collars or harnesses.

Event Services

  • This service is perfect for those who want their pup to be a part of their special event with a professional handler on site. This service varies based upon your needs so the details should be discussed in advance and tailored. The life events are very intimate and everyone attending should be able to enjoy the moment with you fully without worry. By hiring a professional to care for your pet, everyone gets to enjoy the moment.

    Holiday fees apply for holidays we observe.

    Timer begins when we leave our home to head to the venue/location.

    Parking/Tolls must be reimbursed.

    When booking, please include the desired dates/times/hours and any additional information such as address of Home/Venue/etc. Also include desired attire you would like us to wear as we might come out in photos.
